Tuition and
Fees

Info for 2025
 


Students will no longer pay a registration fee separate from their tuition. When applying for the 2025 session of CVSGM, students will submit a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve their spot. This deposit will be applied towards their tuition balance.

Student Enrollment Options

Dorm student- $435​

  • Day and night classes

  • Dorm room, all meals, and instructional supplies are included


Commuter Student- $300

  • This plan is for local students who commute to campus daily

  • Lunch and all instructional supplies are included

  • Additional meals (breakfast and supper) are available to commuter students at an additional cost


Early Learners Student- $185​

  • This plan is specifically designed for children 4-7 years old

  • The Early Learners session is 8:15 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Lunch and all instructional supplies are included

  • Students in the Early Learners class may reside overnight in the dormitory with an adult present at an additional cost. Early Learners students who reside on campus overnight will be charged as a Dorm Student (see pricing above). The student's parent/guardian will be charged for housing and any meals they wish to eat on campus in Celorio Hall if the parent chooses to not attend CVSGM as a full-time student.


Night Student- $100

  • Classes are from 6:30 PM to approximately 8:30 PM

  • All instructional supplies included

  • Night students may add an evening meal to their tuition at an additional cost


Private Lessons (optional)

  • $75 for 3 lessons

  • Private lessons available: voice, piano, guitar, songwriting

  • Students may choose one private lesson concentration

DISCOUNTS


Church and Family discounts are available as follows:
 

  • A church sponsoring three full-time students will receive a $10 discount for each additional student.

  • Families attending CVSGM will receive a $10 discount for each additional family member after the first student registers with full-price tuition.

Important Info

  • All tuition and fees must be paid before or at check-in on 6/15/25. Students cannot begin classes until all fees are paid.

  • Students are encouraged to register and submit their non-refundable $50 deposit by April 30th as space is limited.

  • CVSGM accepts cash, checks (made to CVSGM), and PayPal. Credit card payments can be processed in person on registration day.

Scholarship Info

Scholarships are available!

Thanks to many generous donations, CVSGM is able to offer merit-based scholarships to the upcoming session.

Scholarships pay for full or partial tuition but do not cover private lessons.

Scholarships are awarded without regard to age, race, creed or national origin.

Applications must be submitted by April 30th in order to be eligible for a scholarship.
